Nestled in a discreet and quiet area of Plaza Damas in Sri Hartamas, our studio is an intimate, highly-personalised learning environment.
Our studio focuses on private small group + one-to-one training.
At OMOLOGY we achieve strong, mobile physiques by combining individualised movement programming with the practice of Yoga, offering a functional approach that is healthy, safe, engaging, + enjoyable.
No matter where you are in your journey, our classes accommodate practitioners of all levels.
Our intention is always to create meaningful impact so that our OMOLOGY clients, students + teacher trainees leave our space feeling more mindful, more comfortable in their body's abilities, + empowered in the knowledge that they have gained.
When we are not hosting private classes, Yoga teacher trainings, or workshops, our studio is the place where we film all of our online classes for OMOLOGY ONLINE.

We are located on the second floor outdoor shoplot area surrounding the Hartamas shopping mall (facing Plaza Damas 3).
Take the stairs or the escalator from the ground floor mall entrance to the upper courtyard. Follow the walkway behind Sedap Malam halfway down to find us.
