For as long as I can remember, movement has always been integral to not just my physical wellbeing, but my mental health as well.

Wayyyy back before I opened my own Yoga studio (+ even before I took my first 200 hour YTT!) I was working in Myanmar for a human rights organisation. Adjusting to a new environment, navigating language barriers, + meeting new people, had me yearning for something grounding + familiar. A slice of pizza would have done it for me, but unfortunately Myanmar is not known for its pies, so I settled for the next best thing: I rolled out my Yoga mat + tried crafting a few "flows" for myself. As I lost track of the sequence for the 100th time (did I do this on the left side yet?...should I do Savasana or is it kind of weird to do that alone??) I found myself wishing that there was a way that I could practice remotely with the guidance of my favourite hometown Yoga instructors.

Years later, after opening my own Yoga studio, I heard the same desires echoed by my own students. Most of them had subscriptions with popular online Yoga platforms, but they often complained that they were overwhelmed with choice, that they struggled to find accessible classes, or that the typical "express-style" of the online classes lacked the mind + body balance that they enjoyed in a studio practice.

So, I started OMOLOGY ONLINE as a way to offer the fullness, connection, good music (hella important, let's be honest), + warmth of a studio practice, to people practicing at home.

With the help of my trusty mic, videography equipment, + our small (but mighty!) team, I've put together a digital studio that feels like you're rolling out your mat with us IRL.
