This is the perfect practice for moments when you want to clear your mind, focus on your practice, + feel great in your body. FLOW classes are an immersive, feel-good movement experience that blend traditional Yoga postures with cadence + breath connection. Expect this class to be challenging, sweaty + deeply rewarding.

BEGINNER

 

From your first Sun Salutation to your last Vinyasawe've got you. 101 is a steady practice where you can focus on your technique, refine your foundations + establish breath connection with movement. Great for newcomers to Yoga + experienced practitioners alike, 101 will help you find your best form so that you can be sure you are getting the most out of your classes. Don't be fooled by the slower pace of this class; the longer-held postures generate a sneaky amount of heat!

VINYASA

 

INTERMEDIATE

 

Take your Asana to the next level with this robust, intermediate practice. In our VINYASA classes you will experience creative transitions, intentionally structured sequences + guidance througadvanced postural variations. A challenging practice physically, this class is recommended for experienced students who are keen to expand their abilities.

FLOW + YIN

Taking time to rest is such an essential part of our wellbeing. FLOW + YIN is the ultimate R+R in our weekly movement practice. Connect to your body through a gentle FLOW, then experience a deep, relaxing opening in the long-held, supported postures of YIN. Gather all the blankets + pillows for this class, + light that special candle you've been saving so you can really drop in + surrender to the slow.

Elevate your heart rate + energise your body with this high intensity Yoga class. CORE is a fiery blend of core-strengthening exercises + yoga postures designed to get your endorphins flowing as you build strength + stamina.

Pregnancy is such a special + unique time. A great movement practice can really help to support your mental wellbeing as well as your changing body.

Our PRENATAL library is filled with classes that are safe for all trimesters + is included in both of our subscription offerings.

Building a movement practice takes commitment + that will look different for all of us. We offer two different membership plans so that you can choose the option that resonates with what you're ready to commit to.

Both memberships are auto-debit + can be cancelled anytime.

Our membership payments are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (as Malaysia is our home base). Your payment is processed at the time of signup + every 30 days thereafter for monthly memberships, + every 365 days for annual memberships.
