LIBRARY

Not feeling the class of the day/workout of the week? Each of our memberships have libraries with tons of other options which are refreshed regularly to avoid choice fatigue.

BREATHE.

These are our breathwork classes. Each one will guide you through a different breathing technique used in the practice of yoga, as well as several guided repetitions. Perfect for students developing a breathwork practice or frequent practitioners who enjoy a led practice.

MEDITATE.

These audio guided mediations range from 10-15 minutes with options for a variety of needs and experience levels. Meditation is known to reduce stress, increase focus, improve sleep, enhance self-awareness, amongst other benefits. Find a comfortable seat and press play.

ALIGN.

Ultimately every body is different. These 5-10 minute postural alignment tutorials will empower you to find the general shape that works for YOUR body. Learn form, activation, modifications, intensifications and transitions in/out of yoga postures that are frequently used in our classes.

NIDRA.

This class is truly the ultimate Savasana.

Yoga Nidra is what is known as the "Yogic Sleep" Meditation. This guided relaxation is practiced laying down, so you can really settle in and get cosy. This practice allows the body to deeply relax while the mind stays inwardly alert. Great for reducing stress and anxiety, and improving sleep, Yoga Nidra is also a good introduction to guided meditation.

SOUNDBATH.

A soundbath is typically experienced laying down on the floor or a yoga mat, perhaps cuddle up with a blankets and cushions. It is a meditation class that guides you into a deep state of relaxation via the ambient sounds played by the sound therapist. It's therapeutic for stress relief as well as improving sleep and overall wellbeing. You and your body will be feeling nourished and relaxed after.

RECOVERY.

A new component of our IMMERSION library is our RECOVERY classes. These are designed to release muscle tension and trigger points, that can occur after a high intensity workout, through a series of myofascial release techniques, targeted stretching and foam rolling. NOTE: this is not a relaxation class ;)
