I AM NEW TO YOGA. WHICH CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR A BEGINNER?

First of all, welcome! We are so excited to have you join us. The following classes would be a great start:

I HAVE AN INJURY CAN I STILL PRACTICE YOGA/IMMERSION?

Every body/recovery time is different so we always recommend that you first consult with your doctor before practicing with us if you are working with an injury or medical condition. We also encourage you to listen to your body while practicing and if something does not feel right, we recommend either choosing a suitable modification or releasing from the posture.

I AM PREGNANT. CAN I JOIN THE DAILY YOGA CLASSES AND IMMERSION?

We do not offer prenatal classes and we do not recommend taking up yoga classes for the first time during pregnancy. If you practiced yoga prior to pregnancy, we recommend speaking with your doctor to ensure that yoga is still a suitable movement for you and baby. We do not recommend the IMMERSION workouts during pregnancy.

WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR CLASS?

Prepare a water bottle, your yoga mat, a large towel for your mat (recommended for sweaty sessions!), and an open mind. If a class requires props we will advise which ones (along with suitable household alternatives) to prepare in the class description.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR THE MEMBERSHIP?

You will be charged immediately upon signing up and (for monthly memberships) every 30 days thereafter. Your membership will automatically renew monthly or annually depending on which option you choose.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP?

YOGA:

Access to each of our daily 60-minute yoga classes

-Access to all classes, meditations, soundbaths and alignment tutorials in our on-demand class library.

IMMERSION:

-Access to each of our daily 60-minute yoga classes

-Access to all of the classes on-demand class library.

MY MEMBERSHIP RENEWED BUT I DID NOT WANT IT TO. CAN I CANCEL IT FOR A REFUND?

No. All of our memberships, once purchased, are non-refundable. We ask that each student take responsibility to monitor their account for the renewal of their membership.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can cancel your membership at any time. When the renewal period comes up, it will not auto-renew if it has been cancelled. To cancel:

-log into your account

-select "My Account" from the drop-down menu under your name

-scroll to "Subscriptions" you will see a table

-in the last column of the table under "Options" select the drop down menu and click "Cancel Subscription" (you will not be charged a fee to do so)

 

**Please note that we do not issue refunds for partially unused membership periods. Additionally, accounts enjoying promotional pricing will forfeit such pricing upon cancellation. Any future sign ups will be at the prevailing retail rate.

WHAT TIME DO THE DAILY CLASSES DROP?

Daily classes drop at 12:00AM Malaysian Time (as this is where we are based) which is GMT + 8 for our friends joining elsewhere in the world. Additionally, each class will be titled with the class type and the date of its launch.

HOW MANY CLASSES ARE IN THE LIBRARY AND ARE THEY UPDATED/REMOVED?

In our YOGA library we have a full range of our classes in varying lengths (from 15 minutes to 45 minutes) as well as alignment tutorials, soundbaths and meditations. These are periodically refreshed to compliment the daily class drops. Likewise in our IMMERSION library we have a range of extra classes for you to practice.

HOW DO I BOOK A LIVESTREAM EVENT AND WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE?

We occasionally like to get our community together by hosting special LIVESTREAM events. To book a LIVESTREAM class, You will need to purchase a ticket to the event via the PRODUCTS tab. Once purchased you will receive an email with the link to the class. Our LIVESTREAM events are also often available on ClassPass.

Some things to check before attending a LIVESTREAM class:

  • Make sure your ZOOM app is up to date and your internet connection is lookin' good.

  • Be about 10-15 minutes early to make sure that everything works. If not you can reach out to us on Instagram.

  • To launch a class, locate your confirmation email and click the link. If you can't find the email, you can also log into your account find the class on the calendar and enter from there.

  • When you join the class you will be in the waiting room until the teaching staff admit you.

**Please note that while we do everything we can to ensure the audio will be top notch, the sound quality can be different for you based on the device, earpods/headphones/earphones you are streaming through.

I AM RUNNING LATE AND CANNOT MAKE IT INTO THE LIVESTREAM CLASS ON TIME. CAN I COME IN LATE?

No. There will be no late admittance. Safety is of the utmost importance to us. Missing the start of a class means that you will have also missed the warmup which can lead to injury. It is each student's responsibility to come to class on time.
