IMMERSION

with Kylie

It's simple: 7 different 60-minute yoga classes and 1 45-minute IMMERSION workout are released into our online YOGA and IMMERSION libraries each week on Sunday night at 10:00PM GMT+8.

 

These classes are accessible to you for 7 days after-which they will expire and be replaced with new classes for the following week.

 

Our aim with this online platform is to allow you to move through your daily practice at a pace and timing that suits your lifestyle.

 

We recommend practicing the YOGA classes in the order you see above, and adding in the IMMERSION workout on a day when you need a little extra sweat. We intentionally curate our daily YOGA classes to target different muscle groups each day and vary in intensity so that you receive a thoroughly balanced practice throughout the week.
